Yellow rose and more

For our yellow summer school assignment, I've chosen some photos of yellow roses that bloom in my backyard. Mrs. Matlock wants us to follow the colors of the rainbow which include some wonderful color combinations!

This first photo is of a pretty yellow rose that was taken in my backyard in February of 2009.

This next photo is of another yellow rose that was taken during our wonderful winter in Arizona.

This next photo was taken on Good Friday, April 2009, and shows two more yellow roses in all their glory.

I found this can on Craig's List while searching for some home decor items. This purchase led to a whole new look in my kitchen!
This hankie was a .50 yard sale find. I love all the needlework to make the butterfly.
This Christmas ornament has probably been around longer than I have. My parents had this lemon on every tree they ever had and I proudly display it on one of my trees during the holidays as well.
This pretty pitcher was also part of my Craig's List treasure hunt and it sits in my kitchen along with the can.
My mother made this vase with the yellow flowers during the 1970's when she took a ceramics class with our neighbor.
