Requiescat in Pace

My mother, Sarah, passed away at 4:30 PM, August 15, 2010. She was born in 1914 so she had an incredible 95 + year journey on earth. Today she joins my father, her parents and brothers in heaven with God and His angels.Mom would have been 96 years old in just 20 days so now she can celebrate her birthday with her heavenly family.
Thanks, mom, for an incredible and amazing life filled with unconditional love, support and a friendship that can never be rivaled. You will be missed but never forgotten.

Dear Loretta,

We've never met but Jenny Matlock posted about your mother's death and I just wanted to express my sorrow for you. Your mom looks so beautiful in the picture you posted. She lived such a long life and I pray that it was a joyful and happy one. My own mother was 86 in January and, when I was home to see her in Feb in Georgia, I found she had suffered a stroke and did not even recognize me. She is now in extended care with very little change. It is so hard to have her this way.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Loretta, it's never easy to say a final good bye here on earth. I know you will miss your mom dearly, but that she will continue to live within your heart.
Our mom's were born the same year. Mother will be 96 in October. It is a long time to live in this world! I was with my mom last week. Amazing women!
Know that my thoughts are with you at this time of loss. ~ Sarah
